Very comfy bed room clean staff exceptional

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean we enjoyed it, it was all right...

Most of the reason for the meteoker score is because we were double charged.We stayed 1 night and we were charged for 2 nights.Thank you.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The location was good. The room was quiet. Parking was better than average.

I booked online and thought I booked a king room. It was s double. I do not sleep well and sometimes have to set up. I thought I was booking a room with a large chair

Upon check in late at night, they switched our room number and keys w my best friend's family. So some of our keys didn't work, and then our Wi-Fi sign on was not correct. We figured it out on the 2nd day how to fix that. In our first room, the shower head leaked onto the floor. Upon telling them this, they attempted to fix, but instead caused a small flooding in the bathroom and hallway, which we walked home to at 8pm. We had to move rooms, but that room was missing an inner blind for the window, and AC did not function correctly, as the room become cool, but not to the desired temperature we entered. Then on July 5th, there was very limited breakfast since someone called in. That was very disappointing.

Staff was incredible. Hotel was clean. It was a great location.
