The King Suite is wonderful the staff was kind a d helpful.The bed was extremely comfortable.

Clean, good location.

The billing was a mess. We booked it through booking.com. The hotel charged our credit card saying they did not receive the money from booking.com. They should have straightened that out. Instead we had the runaround. I suggest booking directly with the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from.

Hotel was nice overall, clean as well. Friendly staff, breakfast was good.

The bed was super uncomfortable

I enjoyed that non-smoking did mean exactly that. The bed covers did have cigarette burns on them but I usually bring my own blanket.

I wish the hotel specified that CC's are charged at 6pm to continue reservation: the king bed i reserved was given away but they had a Queen non-smoking available.

This is a comfortable, well run hotel just off I-40 and near the Dickson Tesla Supercharger. The room was comfortable and most things worked well.

There was not a lot to complain about at this location. The air conditioning was a little awkward. There was no fruit at the breakfast, and no almond milk was available.
