Location being across the street from the Collesum

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom. It was right across the street from the venue we were going to for a concert
The price was a little high and didn't include free breakfast. When we checked in they didn't make us aware or have a sign out that the next day they would be testing the smoke alarm/fire alarm. When they went off it scared us and we hurried out of the building in a panic. The front desk attendant had a sign out by that time and said it was just testing. Wish the attendant had told us when we checked in the night before.

Had buffet. Hot food was not good. Fruit salad was soggy. Disappointed.
The pool was closed. Very disappointed as that was a big reason that we stayed there. Breakfast buffet was disappointing!

The price 😆 and the bed made was made with stain sheets on one bed the second bed no problem there. The towels was old and not white.

The location is excellent! Lots of restaurants, shopping and activities within a few minute drive of the hotel.
Room service has entered my room, on 2 different stays, even with the do not disturb hanger on the door.

Staff were friendly, all but one.
Rooms upon check-in had food and things on the floor. People were loud. We did not have a connecting room as requested. The hot tub was out of service. Overall, crowded and loud.

The staff was amazing even after dealing with the not so happy guest in front of me about the prices for the room. The facilities were clean and super nice would definitely go back again
