a very nice stay. hotel slightly outdated but very well maintained and clean. staff very helpful. pool was nice bonus.

Location was convenient as just off I-280 and adjacent to a shopping center. Breakfast was tasty.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. My room was on the 2nd or 3rd floor. It was good. However, this stay was exceptional. The room was on the 1st floor. It was well cleaned, smelled fresh throughout my stay, and room was comfortable. Almost considered staying again next month.

Not a fan of the parking area in the back of the hotel.

Seemed like the property was understaffed. It took almost 1/2 an hour to get a bagel and coffee for breakfast. Check out was slow due to only one person available to assist.

Poor quality linens bedding towels toilet paper and tissues. Towels and sheets. are threadbare. For heavens sake give it an upgrade. Buy top quality products.

The staff is so friendly! When we checked out, my husband thought he forgot his kindle, we called and the front desk went and looked for it. They didn't find it, but we were still in the area, so he went back and they allowed him to check the room too (turns out he had packed it in his suitcase and forgot). They were so friendly and nice at every interaction.

We were given an accessible room which we didn't feel comfortable in (different type of shower and light switches all low). We should have said something the first night and asked for a new room, but there was a tour bus there so we figured they were full. Also, the king sized bed was very uncomfortable.
