it was an affordable option for our family Xmas trip and the outdoor hot tub was nice.

There was no lifeguard on duty so the slide in the pool wasn’t on. We arrived right after a snow storm and nothing at our cottage was shoveled or plowed. we called the front desk and asked if they would plow the driveway and they said they would send someone. 20 minutes pass and no one shows up so I call the front desk again and they say that their engineer did a drive by and said that we can just drive our vehicles over the snow. That was unacceptable to me. They also didn’t shovel the walk ways or the steps leading into the cottage. Three people in our group almost slipped and fell and my FIL did fall. The cottages were nice but very small and parking was extremely limited. The cottages sleep 6 but there is only room for one vehicle at each cottage. We ended up parking in the grass since they didn’t want to plow the parking spaces.

Things close too Early. Restaurant is good and reliable but the food gets old quick, would love more variety available on Site. No lifeguard at 5pm on a Thursday means no slide.

Excellent location. Close by, but far enough away from the excitement. Relaxing, comfortable. quiet, peaceful. Beautiful accommodations. Excellent!

It was really comfortable and really enjoyed will be returning for sure. Our family really had fun:

2 separate rooms. Great for traveling with kids. Along with living room and kitchen. Super quiet area. Plenty of pool choices. Great family area

Little cottage was super outdated and worn. Few things were broken like the ice maker and the latch lock on the patio door. (They had a bar lock and brought us a bag of ice when asked)

Check in people were super friendly but with a cash..

Try to over charge my credit card at check out time. Check in was 1 hour past time advertised at time of booking it wasn't no compensation for it. Still needed to check out by 10am.
