Did not utilize the breakfast.

Needs updating to the facilities. The parking area and surrounding hotel area badly needs lighting. Definitely did not feel safe at night walking to and from car.

We went to a concert and it was very convenient, safe, clean and we were very happy with our stay.

Maybe the location near to the airport

first, improve customer attention, the people at the front desk was angry and took forever to find my reservation even if I showed the confirmation number; then she typed my middle name as last name and I did not access to the wi-fi at all. This time the room was not cleaned very good - lack of vaccum - and also the elevator was not clean. This was not a good experience for me, I felt not comfortable

Our doors keycard reader stopped working. We told the front desk and they switched out key cards thinking the cards were faulty. They didn’t work either so the front desk had to come up and manually use a key to let us into the room. We still to go to dinner that night and were told that maintenance went to dinner and would be back soon. An hour and a half later we called the front desk who told us that maintenance was still not back and they we were to let them know when we came back and they would let us into our room.

Terrible breakfast. Only thing good was the fresh fruit. Not a comfortable place. Decor was very cold.

No curtians on the windows. There were flood lights on the building . No way to shut out the lights at night

We did not use the breakfast because we were under the impression that the breakfast buffet was free like at the Holiday Inn Express
