Nice pool and hot tub, ball a nice touch. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Nothing major, but could do with an additional elevator at the other end of the long corridor!

The swimming pool was close for days

Location is perfect.

Soon as walked into the room, I could smelled kind of stinky. Blanket and pillows were stinks.

Right next to city park

Needs some electrical upgrades. Not all outlets worked properly. A/C didn’t seem to be adjustable

One elevator all the way on one end of buildinghotel was undrrstaffed Staff could not keep up with breakfest demand

The coffee was barely adequate. There was no half and half, only fake creamer. I had to take a carton of 2 percent milk intended for cereal.

The shower stall was tiny. There was no bar soap, only bottled, and that was fastened to the wall as if we were criminals and might walk off with it. When I asked for additional pillows I had to go to the front desk to get them, they wouldn't bring them to me. There were no booklets on what to do in town and no restaurant recommendations.
