II never even got the chance to stay here cause even with my confirmation number and pin I received after booking with booking.com the receptionist at this location still wouldn’t give me any information and kept telling me I never reserved a room

I was unable to check in the room I had already reserved on booking.com because the receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all.

We asked to cancel our reservation via Booking, but received no response. I called the hotel and they directed us to Booking. I contacted the Booking customer service, who submitted a new request to cancel the booking and send an email. I called the hotel again to ask if they received the email. The employee was very friendly and stated she would have the manager call me back. The manager never called or replied to the email and our reservation was not canceled. We ended up paying for a hotel room we didn't use.

Extra bed space and breakfast

Good property and the staff was great.

I didn’t love sleeping right by an exit on the first floor as a single woman for safety reasons but it was a clean and nice place to be!

Comfortable and pretty clean

The strong odor of pot in the hallway one evening when we returned. Loud people in the hallway that wasn’t addressed. Our room was on the first floor near the lobby.
