Me gustaron las instalaciones, la alberca, el cuarto todo muy limpio y el personal super amable!! Me encantooo! Lo recomiendo mucho!!

The shuttle to and from sea world was great!

The beds were too stiff for my taste and so were the pillows

Front desk staff was awesome,very helpful and accommodated us right away.

I loved that they had a shuttle to and from Sea World. The drivers were incredibly nice & timely. The food was delicious and the evening bites were very family friendly.

The bed wasn't very comfortable & the pool area was not clean.

The WHOLE experience was AWFUL!! Got one of the bigger room bc we are a family of 6. We arrived a little late so just wanted to shower and go to bed. One of the showers handles broke off when trying to turn it on.... like it had just been placed back on there for looks. They told my husband "sorry we're booked" until I went and complained then all of a sudden they had 2 king rooms available. So they switched rooms for us.... the new rooms had cockroaches and were not close to each other at all. So the next day while we were at Fiesta Texas I received a call telling me that we needed to leave the park to come move our belongings back to the old room which was fixed now bc the needed the rooms we had put belongings in. The staff was rude and had an attitude like they couldn't care less about halfway ruining our trip! On top of all of this the place was dirty.... hadn't been vacuumed in quite awhile..... and the entire facility smelled like a combination of sweaty stale gym and WEED!!!! WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER STAY AT ONE OF THESE AGAIN

Breakfast Staff was friendly & nice ; Breakfast choices was nice.

Towels were rough and rooms dated. Need to update and add USB plugs for charging devices. It’s 2023. 😂

We enjoyed our time here. We wished we had arrived earlier to try out all the extras. Breakfast was good.

At midnight, we had people above us made a lot of noise.

That it had coffee 24/7

Microwave didn’t work, the tv controller was also bad volume didn’t go up, hot water is hard to get.
