Breakfast was good not great but comparable to other hotels...
Bed was too high for my wife who has a bad knee - comfortable once in it..

The resort was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nicer than expected. The staff was pleasant as well. The pool and jacuzzi were great, too.

The bed was very comfortable
We , and I mean the entire property, all the guest did not have hot water. The night desk clerk could not check us in it took him 30 min to check in 2 customers.

They double charged me for my room and the front desk clerk was the rudest man I’ve ever encountered at a hotel in probably the past 10 years

The Breakfast was excellent , cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, the bed was very comfortable! Convenience galore! I liked the idea of a frozen dinner to take to room to microwave when we didn’t feel like going back out after a long drive

Pool is closed during the day, til 5pm. We stayed here because we wanted to have a pool to swim with granddaughter in. That informatio should be on website

Clean and comfortable, stayed here last February (2022) for state wrestling competition, the location, cleanliness and comfort of the room was so nice we decided to book the same hotel for the tournament this year. Glad we did! Thank you!

Only 1 room on first floor…that room had a door jam that had clearly been forced with a crow bar. The heat had been set on 90 so the room was oven like. The WiFi was not working.

the rooms were large and clean. beds were comfortable.
when we came to check in at 9:30 pm there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. We waiting over 15 minutes and I even tried to call the front desk and no one answered the phone. The employee then proceeded to walk out of an office right off the front desk so we know he heard us standing there. There were also 3 other separate guests standing there waiting for different things.

nice layout of room with space for suitcases, a desk area, ample lighting, friendly staff, good breakfast
beds were too soft for us, but okay

exceptional staff, super polite
when we were ready to leave our door would not open to get our bags, due to dead battery in card reader. front desk, GM, and others were called to assist. eventually a crow bar was used.we were delayed until after 2 pm. which caused us to miss our next travel arrangements and pay for different lodge.
