Those working at the front desk were very friendly. The room was clean enough.

The location of the hotel is near a homeless encampment. The parking lot and surrounding area did not feel safe. A very strong cleaning product is used that has such a cloyingly sweet and unpleasant smell that we could hardly sleep due to the odor. Beds were hard. It was way overpriced for the area and services.

Good hotel, you get it what you paying just lower your expectations. The bed is huge and comfortable, bathroom is clean, breakfast is basic but everything what you need is for a night is there.

Check in was easy, rooms were clean and the staff is top notch. The were so accommodating and welcoming to our group of basketball players and families. They were what made our stay amazing!!!

On the 3rd day we had to ask for new towels, room was not attended to in 3 days, no bed made, no towels replaced etc Noise of water running all night long next door, found out in the morning it was part of the office
