N/A. We left before breakfast
We were charged twice for the same room on 04/25/24 at LaGrange Hampton Inn.
Our reservation was online at Booking.com. When we arrived at hotel, they had our reservation on file.
I informed them that we already paid for the room but, they ran my card for our pet fee $75 + tax.
Our bill copy at check-in said total was $239.85. I reiterated that I already paid for room.
Then person checking me in said, “Don’t worry, its ok”.
My totaled charged my credit card is a total of $404.70.
I’VE CONTACTED HILTON HONORS 4 TIMES AND THE LEGRANGE, GA HAMPTON INN 2 TIMES FOR A REFUND.
WE WERE 0.0% SATISFIED AT THIS LOCATION! ITS BEEN PURE HELL DEALING WITH HILTON HONORS AND HAMPTON INN GETTING IT RESOLVED TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE LAST HILTON HONORS PERSON CONVINCED US TO NEVER STAY IN A HAPTON INN AGAIN…. EVER!
NEXT STEP IS MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY (GETTING BILL CANCELLED) AND THE GEORGIA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

it was comfortable, clean, great breakfast with lots of variety. Close to what we needed but far enough away that it was quiet. super friendly lady at check in.

The first day breakfast was great and the lady was very nice and keeping it clean, the second day you had no meats and Western omelets so if you don't eat peppers and onions and most kids don't you had very little healthy choices.
The western omelet I am allergic to onions andtherewerenoplainones shouldhavechoice, and the lady left to go on a break at 8 and didn't come back until someone went to the desk to see if they could get some milk.

I chose this location based on the reviews. I like it was off the highway but not near anything. The room looked clean. The bathroom has a strong smell of urine. The carpet was nasty. Staff was ok. No one really spoke to you. The Cleck was friendly. This was my first time staying at Hilton hotel. They really need to do better. We did like the swimming pool.

my checkin time was & 3 i couldn’t get the room until after 4:30.. breakfast was ass NO MEAT AT ALL!! had to wait over 15 min for a waffle.. NO MICROWAVE.. the stay was decent, but i wouldn’t stay again!!

Cleanliness, the room smelled musty. Had to immediately spray with lysol and febreeze upon arrival. Elevator smelled horrible. Not near as nice as other Hampton hotels we have stayed in before. Pool was green and closed as well.

The location was great! Needed to rest from long drive and was great stopping point.
The property was not clean. Carpet in room was dirty and just tell place seriously need upgrades and CLEANING period. Also, breakfast that was served was old and looked nasty.

Pool was dirty and green. People loitering out front with unleashed dog. Location was awful. Over priced for the lack of amenities and location. Breakfast was lacking and coffee was terrible.

The location was very convenient for my trip. Not being a lot of choices there, I was pleased to find a Hampton Inn.
My stay was very much last minute unplanned and stayed like that throughout. I ended up with some charges coming through later that I was not sure how to identify. Generally, tho, not worth persuing.

There was a whole to go plate of food left in a drawer in the room, behind the bed was nasty with trash and plastic silverware
