Very nice location

The carpet turned my baby’s feed and knees black, the towels were dirty before use. The bathroom floor had little hairs everywhere. There were no trash bags in room. Tables and cabinets needed to be wiped down. Bedding had stains that looked fresh.

I liked the front person Juan very cheerful, friendly, helpful. Also Kailin Was helpful and accommodating after initial contact personnel. Redeemed our stay to some extent.

Upon check in Hotel could not find reservation. As it was booked under Michael Seankerr it should have been Michael Sean Kerr and lady at front desk could not find it? Til we checked In to a separate hotel. She called us at new hotel that she referred us to saying she found reservation. To late we already paid for the night. She told us that she would check us in and reimburse first night. Get back in the morning to check in and was treated very rudely by lady checking us in almost seemed like she was trying to demean us for using third part booking and it was our fault. Different note noticed garbage in common areas were not emptied regularly.

Property was clean and staff was friendly.

We had a room with a king bed and sofa bed. King size was comfortable but the sofa bed was terrible! Sofa beds aren’t normally super comfy but this one was out of the park awful.

The check-out clerk was very pleasant and helpful Karin I think her name. But she's was very good.

I didn't like getting charged for breakfast then being told no breakfast staff unavailable.

The room was not vacuumed. Soon as I got in the room my allergy shot up. There was no tissue to blow my nose. The lights in that room are so dim. The room was extremely dusty, and it was not worth the money that I paid.

Front desk was nice.

Room was ok. Couch was dirty the pullout mattress was gross. Pretty sure the bed comforter had stains. No pilow for pullout... the sheet and blanket had been opened. Called for a pillow no house keeping on, (it was 1130pm when we got there) come down for it. Got there no pillows available. Fully booked so they can't go into another room for one.

24hrs gym and good location

it was dirty, no house keeping at all, no breakfast and I paid for it through the booking.com app, but wasnt available on site

Staff was excellent, and accommodating!

Booking.com room description did not match actual room. No hottub (pictures online show a hottub).

location and stores around. the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was very good.

my toilet didnt flush. it kept coming back up. the elevator is small but easy to access. i did have to pay for parking $12 i thought as a quest i shouldnt have to pay.
