When we got to our room, the TV wasn’t working. The manager was very prompt and receptive to get it fixed. Very impressed with the customer service. Will stay again next time I’m Peoria.

The room had a great setup with a homey feel. The breakfast options were outstanding. The master bedroom area was roomy and I enjoyed the decor. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was very welcoming.
The pull-out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. My daughter (12) was supposed to sleep on it, but she could not get comfortable, so she ended up in the bed with us. Thankfully the other bed was huge!

the shower drain was so clogged with hair that we had to clean it ourselves, which was kind of gross

morning front desk worker was nice only when her bosses were around. She made the stay unpleasant

jacuzzi was out of order. Front desk morning person seemed to treat black different than whites.

The staff promptly brought blankets for the disgusting fold out bed when requested.
Furniture torn, worn, shabby. Room shabby. Mold. Unclean. Breakfast abysmal. Complaints went unresolved until complaining to Booking.com and received minor compensation.

Convenient to what we needed to do. Liked having space other than a bedroom.
Had issues with people smoking in a room around us. The hotel could use an update.

Staff was helpful. Terrible smell in the elevator. Only one container of shampoo for 2 people for 3 days. No hot breakfast yet, though masks no longer required in hotel. Mediocre pre-packaged offerings for breakfast.

Loved everything about the place. Smooth check in. Front desk guy was beyond awesome, he even ran to a partner hotel to get us a deck of cards. Amazing service. Room was perfect and the fireplace burned real wood. Loved this hotel!!!
Kinda tricky to get to but other than that, everything was well worth it.

Super cozy and we loved the fireplace! It was the first time my kids stayed in a suite and they thought it was the coolest.
