Wir haben zwei Hotelzimmer via booking.com gebucht und direkt bezahlt. Beim Check-in hat uns das Hotel als Kaution 2x373.05 USD blockiert (damalige Aussage der Reception). In der Kreditkartenrechnung haben wir festgestellt, das Hotel hat den Betrag nicht blockiert, sondern effektiv abgebucht. Wir haben zweimal via Mail beim Hotel nachgefragt, resp. das Hotel gebeten die Kaution freizugeben. Leider reagiert das Hotel auf unsere Anfragen nicht. Liebes Hotel, wie lange müssen wir noch warten, bis Sie uns die Kaution freigeben, resp. bis uns Rückmeldung geben?

The room was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, breakfast was fantastic- overall, the hotel met and exceeded expectations. The kids LOVED the pools and spent HOURS in them every day!

The location isn't the best, but wasn't terrible either! We were close enough to the beaches that we really didn't mind.

Breakfasts choice was very good.Our suite was very nice.

We were disappointed there was not any information in the reception area about attractions activities places to visit in the local area etc Reception told us this was dispensed with at time of Covid and not reinstated because it's all available on line. I don't think thats at all relevant .An information display of leaflets etc provides other local businesses an opportunity to sell themselves to the benefit of the whole local area

Breakfast was not too impressive and has been the same since I first spent time there in May 23. Greater variety of fresh and healthy items would be nice. Location works very well for me, that's why I chose that hotel

Outdoor grill with a grilling and eating station The waterfall. One pool heated, one hot tub and one non heated pool. Breakfast was very good… coffee was good! Late check out available. Out suite had everything available to us. Private bedroom and a full kitchen….we were impressed!
