Staff was very friendly. We were able to check in early which was great. We even got a call from staff to make sure our accommodations were acceptable which we said yes.

Well to start the room was ok until we found roaches in the closet while we were looking for an additional pillow and blanket. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable once we went to bed. I was very disappointed in the stay over all.

The location was okay.

The toilet seat was coming loose and the bathroom door would not close. The size of the room did not meet the cost of what I paid for it. It was also little noisy when trying to sleep.

Great location with friendly staff.

Bath tub molding uneven and it scraped my foot. The bathtub drain was SLOW. I had to stand in water up to my ankles when showering. It took over 30 minutes to 1 hour for the water to drain. Please note that this happened showering.

I sent in an email in regards to my stay with needing to cancel and even called you and was told you had reached to them but never received a response.

The fact that I got no response at or follow up from either you or the hotel itself.

Location is nice. Beds and linens were comfortable. Everything was very clean.

Courtyard overbooked so my reservation was canceled because it was made through the third party - booking.com. Even though Courtyard had sent us a email for early check-in the night before. Courtyard made us alternative reservations at Comfort Suites which was a less than desirable hotel. Courtyard paid for the first night at Comfort Suites and we paid for the second night. We ended up leaving at 6:00 pm the second night even though we had paid for the night. Courtyard has a totally unacceptable way of doing business. I will never use booking.com or stay at Courtyard by Marriott again.
