Great location for the activities we wanted to do and places we needed to go.
Would like to see more of a place to congregate beside your room in the evening.

This property is right in the heart of Manchester.
The room was dirty had an empty bottle of beer hidden behind the curtain. One of the pillows had yellow stains on it gross. A big spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Tile on bathroom floor was coming off wall and in need of repair. Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was ok they had bagels but no cream cheese, and no orange juice.

Location was close to our venue. Parking was free. Breakfast was good.
No shower curtain in bathroom when we checked in.
Could not book a room for two nights, had to book each night individually but never changed rooms.

Worse experience ever. Don’t think i will ever stay in a Fairfield Inn again. We had bugs in the bathroom that we believe were cockroaches. Breakfast was gross with no where left to sit. Whole building smelled like weed. Pool and hot tub were closed and were not told before our stay. Other guests were very loud and got to rule the place. We were so grossed out that we left a day early.

it was clean. breakfast was much better than I expected with gluten free options as well as dairy free milk.
the pool was so over-chlorinated that I couldn’t breathe in the pool area. the smell went all the way down the hall and could be noticed as soon as I walked into the property. that pool room needs a more adequate ventilation system.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool and hot tub, but unfortunately the hot tub was not working, and I was not informed of so before my stay. Which was very inconvenient when i changed into my bathing suit and went down to the hot tub, and it was not in service.

The room was clean.
Upon entering the hotel there is an antiseptic smell throughout the hotel, which was not pleasant. I put left overs from dinner the night before and the realized in the morning the fridge was not working. Went to the gym, neither treadmill was working. Cellular service in the hotel was horrible. There is no wi-fi offered. Hallways very noisy throughout the night.

Staff did their best but they were seemingly understaffed
Couldn’t check us in until an hour or two late when we requested early check in and arrived early. Hotel was not busy. Only a few cars in the lot. Really messed up our plans for the day.
Also no hot breakfast was left by 9 am.

Location to our tournament and to restaurants
Seemed to be a shortage of towels, we arrived and had 1 towel in the room. Front desk was hesitant to give out more. You had to hit a button to turn on mini fridge and it only stayed on for 2 hours at a time so everything that was suppose to stay cold, got warm.
