The staff was friendly,

The room looks run down. The swimming pool was dirty and the clorin was burning everyone eyes. Poor kids in the pool were coughing so much.

Not a family friendly location, geared towards adults on business. We chose this specific hotel as a family for the pool and breakfast while visiting the area.We have a farm so we can absolutely handle harsh smells/chemicals but the pool was unbearable. The chlorine burned our eyes the first 5 seconds we were in the room, my sons who usually will swim for 3-4 hours straight wanted to leave in an hour. No ventilation what so ever, had them coughing with burning throats and eyes, my youngest started to choke it become so bad. It was the worst hotel pool I've ever experienced in my life, it ruined our night. We ordered pizza and ate dinner in the common area where breakfast is served, the front desk girls were so nice but apparently the 'hospitality mode' on the main TV didn't allow for a single family friendly channel. The TV in our room was the same, nothing for children, we ended up watching a dog show. Definitely felt like we wasted our money. The good: VERY clean and undated hotel, decent breakfast and convenient location. The bad: the pool, the long and narrow rooms, the running/banging all night like people were fighting or doing construction all around us, the hotel stares into a neighborhood and people's backyards, you need staff to allow you into the chlorine chamber, no guest access.

Ventilation in the pool, more kid friendly channels, guest access to the pool, XL pool towels and not 2x2 hand towels.

Staff we encountered was friendly.

Entering the room bedding had multiple marks on one bed and glitter slime stuck in sheets of second bed. Nothing in the room had been deep cleaned in what looked like years. Shower curtain was broken. Travel hand soap and lotion for new guests was already used. Four people in room . Received two very small thin towels. To much chlorine or not enough ventilation in pool room. Bad headache, eyes burn etc after maybe ten min . Breakfast was very tasteless all bread items stale. Pancakes were okay.

Chlorine was so strong in pool it made your eyes burn as soon as you walked in. Also shower pressure wasn’t great and water in shower was barely warm
