Location, clean room
Fan in bathroom was extremely loud

Everything was clean and was easy to get to.

The location was great. The breakfast was fair. Ran out of coffee and the new pot had grounds.
Our toilet was clogged. They did try to fix it, to no avail, but did not offer me a new room until I asked. Also, the phone in the room did not work. I could not even call the front desk to alert them of the phone and toilet issue. Our new room was fair, the air conditioner was not keeping the room very cool, but we were too tired at that point to say anything The morning manager did give me a 30% discount, but I felt that should have been offered. All in all, our stay was a disappointment.

Location and parking was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower has great water pressure.
Food could have been better. An alternative milk option would be great. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived after 5pm.

We checked in 2 and a half hours later because the room was not ready, that was bad

Location was perfect. Many restaurants and stores near our stay.
We waited hours to get our room. They were short staffed with housekeeping and rooms were not ready until after 5:00. We were able to get one of our rooms first. We had to wait until after midnight to get the other. Very disappointing. They knew they were fully booked and an event was in town they should of put more people on staff.

I love the area in which the hotel is located. The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was very easy.
I did not think my bed linens were white enough. The shower was mediocre in cleanliness. The bed also only had one pillow. Only one elevator was in use. The pool is still down, it's been a year now. Breakfast was okay but milk was not on ice. I asked for connecting rooms which I didn't get an one of my rooms was changed from 2 queen beds to a King.

easy to find. handicap pking available. clean and fairly comfortable. I really appreciated the flavored water available in the lobby for guests. ( didn’t have to buy bottled water)
parking fee not expected ( it was disclosed) and felt unfair as big pking lot in surburban area- not need for a fee. the included breakfast was pretty disappointing and unappetizing- however the coffee was v good. Also rooms facing the front of building are very noisy with highway traffic noise.

the bed was hard as a cinder block, the pillows were flat, I couldn’t sleep all night, way overpriced

the staff were just ok. the one staff member tried to give me a hard time about printing a receipt for my stay

the staff were so friendly! The room was big, clean, and comfortable. i had checked out and a few days later I had realized I left my makeup bag in my room, so I had a feeling it was probably discarded already. When I called the hotel back, they said they still had my bag for me! the front desk staff member was even willing to mail it out for me. when I went to pick it up, the other front desk staff member was so kind and had said that he wanted to make sure that no one discarded it. i know it’s just makeup but I was so relieved to see it there with all of its contents!

The woman at the front desk in the morning was very understanding.
There's a long list! NO hand or body soap, rust in the bathtub, only 2 bath towels, broken glass in picture (if someone bumped it would have fallen out) only 2 pillows on the bed that were awful, 2 different bed comforters, charging for parking(not in a downtown city) The hallway smelled like smoke (cigarette and pot) website had phone# the that didn't work and advertised a lower price! I asked to be contacted by Manager and have not heard anything!
