It looked updated and was clean

That doors through the hallway slammed all night by kids. Can hear way to much from hallway while trying to sleep

the front desk employee solved my problem with the dirty bathroom in my room.

I stayed in room 316, the bathroom was disgusting. it seems the house keeping is really poor in this hotel. The toilet was gross and the towels are yellow and stained.

The dispensers in the shower were a great item.

Coach Bed was uncomfortable, but that is to be expected. The bathroom door lock was broken.

Room was nice. Maid was polite in morning.

Fitness room out of service. Beds were not very comfy. Ice machine across from us was loud. Breakfast was okay, out of coffee and gal was not polite. Price was insane for one night.

Exceptional hotel for location!!! Great place to stay!

Parking lot was a little confusing!

Slow elevator and always busy

The location was easily accessible from the highway. I liked the soft and firm pillow options.

Im and IHG member and I was so disappointed. Room: - It was disgustingly dirty and in ill repair - The mini fridge shelf was rotted so the fridge would tip over when you opened it - Floors were filthy, our feet were black within 2 hours of check in. The - Sofa sleeper had a half eaten container of mini muffins in it and there was an old coke bottle under it - Sofa sleeper had no mattress pad and there were pee stains all over it. - Sofa sleeper did not have linens & when I called the front desk to get linens and to tell him about the muffins in and trash under the bed, the staff member was rude and did not care. waited 30 min for linens and had to end up getting our own - I rented a double queen suite but i got a double full suite and fell off the bed the 1st night, when i asked for the 60x80 queen beds and not the 75x55 fulls I was told i did not know what I was talking about - The beds were so hard and my husband 185 lbs and myself 145 lbs could not fit so I had to sleep on the pee and food covered sofa sleeper - I had to take out my own trash every day and swap my own towels bc HSKP never came. Facilities: - Only one elevator for all four floors and we waited over 10 minutes on many occasions. - Elevator raises 6-8 inches with the door wide open before it begins to shut and poses a safety risk. - There was only 1 ice machine in the whole hotel, - There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the whole hotel so we spend days waiting and checking for openings to use them. - They indoor pool water was so cold we could not use it which did not make any sense because the pool room was sweltering like a sauna. Breakfast: - The breakfast had very few options. - They were out of bacon and eggs on all 4 days regardless of what time we went down to eat. We had to wait anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes for them to refill it.

The two staff members who worked behind the desk when we arrived and the next day were not helpful. our room we reserved through booking was not available. we were never told by the hotel staff until we got to the room.

Spacious room, with a clean and friendly facility and staff. The breakfast was well stocked and the food was good and warm. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. It was a great value and I would recommend it to anyone going to that area.

The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint and a very poor job of repairing the patch job from the leak/work that was done on the shower in the room above us. It really looked out of place compared to the rest of the facility.

The pool was okay and the hot breakfast was really good.

The room was not what was advertised when we booked it. The refrigerator was broken and we were not even offered to move to a different room. When we asked for a refund they told us they could not give us a refund that we had to go through booking to maybe get our refund.

The staff was kind and checking in was quick and easy. We stayed in a suite with 2 queens and a foldout couch. There was a kitchenette in our room which made the morning easier.

We had 5 people in one suite, 3 adults and 2 teenagers. We thought getting queen beds would give us enough room to have all 5 of us in a bed. But the queen beds were more like double size, so one of the teenagers slept on the floor. There was no bedding for the foldout couch in the room and there were only 3 towels in the bathroom. When a person books a suite room and says there will 5 people, I feel like the hotel should at least provide enough linens for those 5.
