They got the room ready early for me so I could make it to my nephews wedding on time
Too many kids in the pool. Not really anyone's fault. Just was a busy weekend is all.

The hotel was fine, the rooms were clean and we had no issues with the facility. The issue we had was with the one staff member we met at the front desk. We waited for a while for someone to show up and when he did he had no clue what we were standing at the desk for.

This shouldn't have been listed as having a pool because it has been closed for 3 years.

everything. this is the second time I have booked there and the pool/hot tub wasn’t working. there are homeless people and cars with people living in the on or near the parking lot. Fid not feel safe

The homeless van parked out front. A few things in the room were worn and needed to be updated.

We stayed in a ADA room. Water from shower sprayed over entire bath floor- extremely dangerous. Briken glass on bathroom floor, damaged lamp shade, unusable couch - sunken cushions, horrible breakfast, stale decaf coffee (tasted like reheated pot from day before) , cold eggs, barely warmed sausages. Staff vaping directly outside front entrance.
