Previous stays were okay

Reservation was made for upcoming surgery. Dr office called several days prior to reschedule because my Dr was out ill. I agreed since I surely don't want a sick Dr cutting on my arm. This hotel has a "no cancelation" policy. I have (in the past) stayed at Holiday Inn all over the U.S. with no issues. When I talked to the hotel they said basically "sorry but no". When I called management at Booking.com they said I think we can help you - we will call you back You don't really believe they called me back do you? This policy in Panama City has changed my opinion of Holiday Inn - especially since I am a member and have been there before. Add to that, this hotel puts a $100 security hold on my credit card where the others I have stayed at only hold $50. Why? If I am not trusted by Holiday Inn I can certainly take my business elsewhere........

Cleanliness, availability of food/restaurant. Breakfast could have been provided for the hotel price charged. Easy access to parking and ease of entrance, exit of hotel

Entrance from the main roadway is somewhat confusing. Breakfast could have been provided considering cost of the hotel per night.

The property is always clean and well maintained. I always enjoy interacting with the staff. They are pleasant and helpful. The live piano music in the lounge is a special treat.

I will drive out of my way to stay at this property versus the other IHG properties in the area. I would very much appreciate more vegetarian / vegan breakfast options.

This hotel was very nice and the pictures online served it no justice. I really enjoyed how clean it was because it made my stay more enjoyable. The location was also a bonus because it was close to a lot of fun activities and restaurants.

Locale couldve been closer to beach

The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff are great and accommodating!

The rooms were clean but smelled of mildew. The first room we were placed in, the smell was immediate when walking in the door. Fortunately, we were able to get a different one immediately. The second room smelled better at first but after settling in, the mildew smell was more prominent. It was kind of hard to get a good night's rest with the smell of mildew flowing up my nose.

bloody comforter on bed from previous guest and table not cleaned. bathroom door did not close.

The staff was amazing... so polite and helpful. Very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was a good value since 2 breakfast tickets was included with the room and 11 and under ate free with an adult... meaning we only had to buy one breakfast each day. Very pleased and bookmarked the location in case I'm ever in the area again.
