the building security
The fact that they have a starbucks in the lobby and by the time I got downstairs during my checkout, it was already closed. I ended up getting on the freeway with no coffee.
The hours were limited, and there were several people wanting coffee.
Also there was no microwave in the room, and bar of open soap in the dish in the bathroom That looked like it may have been previously wet. It was stuck to the soap tray.

The hotel is very nice. The person who checked us in, Ray, is a gem! He was welcoming, professional and always smiling. Nice pool area, nice clean room. Only reason it didn’t get a perfect score was the elevators were not working properly.

The stage that checked me in where very helpful. They spoke Spanish and that helped a lot.

The agent that checked us in was horrible. He was abrupt, rude and should not be serving guests. In addition, I specifically told him we were not parking a car and did not receive a parking voucher for our dashboard. However, we were charged for 2 nights of parking. I want a refund and an apology.

Clean, nice facilities
At check in, breakfast vouchers were not given to us although reservation include breakfast. The first morning we purchased our own meal. The second morning, I checked my reservation to confirm checkout time and realized the error. I complained and was credited the cost

The location is perfect for us. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
The beds could be a little more comfortable. Additionally, the cost of parking is rather exorbitant especially when added to the room cost.

Great staff. Very clean.
The bar/restaurant is really a fast food place. Not fresh, more like put together items and overpriced. I wouldn’t call it a “bistro”. That said, my quesadilla was good. There was a tear in the upholstery on the couch/pullout in my room but didn’t effect my comfort.

The smoke alarm is the type with flashing LEDs every 4 or five seconds. Very annoying trying to sleep. Wouldn't stay in another room that had that type of device.

location decor people including Jaimie Ariana great asset to Marriott and the bonvoy brand. feel like everyone frankly said hello every time walked by exception of when they were assisting another guest, collaborating with a colleague or on phone. ultra clean hotel both inside and out. $15 for parking considering it is a modern secure newer and safe covered parking garage seems reasonable. highly recommend this Courtyard Marriott!

the Starbucks in lobby is generic! the, “baristas” ( I use the term loosely), are not trained how to make coffee, and the staff was not very friendly.
