Location and views were excellent

Had to pay for coffee, had to pay for parking, had to pay to rent bikes. A motel 6 even has free coffee….

Such a fantastic location ON the beach. Many shops and restaurants and grocery store to visit within easy walking distance. Underground parking available for small fee.

Nothing really to speak of because the staff, from reception to maintenance and housekeeping do everything in their power to make sure you have everything you need and that your visit is a wonderful stay.

The beds were okay but could use updating to be more comfortable.

The floor around the pool is super slippery. Too expensive for the type of hotel. Probably because of a summer weekend. Besides the location, ocean view and pool the hotel is pretty simple.

The room I paid for was not what I got but they did their best to get me what I wanted. I received a credit for the difference of the room I wanted vs the one I got.

This is always our choice when we go to San Diego.

We ate Woody’s each day it was delicious although there was always a homeless man whom was very rude to everyone that hung out there everyday..if it wasn’t so good we would’ve went somewhere else

The price for the room considering we were not allowed to use the first two floors and we’re rudely told so by the guys doing the renovations he showed us the sign on the door which was opposite of what we were seeing as we were getting off the elevator on the first floor for ice he told us no longer to use that floor we also told him our daughter can not use the stairs since she’s in a wheelchair and he said we need to go all the way to the garage then..

it’s right on the boardwalk. you can see & hear the ocean from the room.
