Price, breakfast, close to restaurants and grocery store
One elevator, old hotel, no greetings from staff especially the breakfast room man

The person in charge of the breakfast room was helpful and awesome!
I requested additional towels at the time of booking, but they weren’t in the room when we arrived.

Husband said breakfast was awful.
Bath was so small I could not get my walker in there so using it was very trying . I ask for handicap bth and room close to entry. Was sent an email saying this would be given. When I arrived the room was the LAST one down the LONG hall way and nothing about it was handicap. Very unhappy.. Nite clerk was rude when My Husband went back to the front desk, saying I DID NOT request handi cap. I have both emails where I ask for and was told it was avaible. Will not be staying there again. We left a day early !!

It was close to the hospital
Very loud, they were cleaning the rooms at 9 at night so you could hear them, kids crying and screaming all hours o the night, adults arguing all hours of the night. There was a lady half laying down in the hallway. Which was very creepy, I called downstairs and told desk person and management but nothing was done about it. It was awful

This location was amazing. So easy and quick access to the highway. There were several restaurants close by, even walking distance.
The hot breakfast was great. So many options for every taste. Juices, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurts, pastries, waffles , potatoes etc. I especially enjoyed the "hot" coffee.
The breakfast staff made sure that everything was constantly being attended to. Well done.

The staff was incredible, so nice, interested in us and why we were staying. Very accommodating and kind from beginning to end. Breakfast was the best part and it was included!
The bed and pillows weren't great but I've slept on worse!

Staff was friendly and willing to help. Breakfast very good. Linens excellent. Lighting was bright.
The room had an objectionable ‘musty’ smell. It was very noticeable every time we entered. The property is dated. Each of the plumbing fixtures was a little leaky or slightly loose. The property is ‘buried’ in the back of a 4 block shopping area. It is hard to find/access. The asphalt all around is pot holed.

had to wait on water to take shower. looked like they had just removed wallpaper and painted white paint in the bathroom to try and update. kind of like putting lipstick on a pig, it’s still a pig

The staff was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area.; places to eat, routes of travel. The rooms were clean and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
