This is one of the nicest motels in Flagstaff. I was very Impressed with the rooms. Very clean and comfortable. I won't stay anywhere else from now on. I'm waiting for my senior housing and living on social security staying in motels in and around Flagstaff. Thank you very much for caring about your guests. It really means a lot. Great rates for the quality of the rooms

No complaints. Was actually the best hotel we stayed at on our trip even if it was for one night. Price was great! Good location in a beautiful town. I would recommend this to anybody to check it out.

The staff was friendly. It is in a prime location, with a diner that has amazing food across the parking lot! The room was clean, and just like the photos. It was a great stay and I love the later check out!

The bed was a little firm for my taste, but it was still nice.

The air con was quiet. Did not make loud noises as is usual in those types of Air Con systems..

Room could have been cleaner. The edge of the carpeting in the room was dirty. Was told at check in that "Due to Covid no housekeeping would be performed for stay over guests". On a $90.00 per night room This is not acceptable. Was told that they informed us at check in which was too late to cancel. Not Fair. Should have had notice of no House Keeping on the Booking .com website.

Nice and convenient location for our trip up to the Grand Canyon. Plenty of convenient restaurants and services nearby, several within walking distance.

Everything. This an older facility bjt everything worked, was clean and nice.

AC didn't get cold enough.

Room was spacious (250 SQ.ft.) and clean. Microwave, fridge, hair dryer were available. The location is quiet, we didn't hear any traffic or train noise. Close to everything.
