The hotel was very clean. The staff were all nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the tables and food stations were kept clean the entire time that I was present. The staff work very hard to keep the customers happy. They are to be commended for their great efforts; customer service is not easy.

I didn't like the lack of temperature regulation in the room. The room temperature can go from hot to too cold. It was hard to reach a consistent comfortable temperature.

The room was very clean. The room also had blackout blinds that made it easy to get to sleep before sundown. I was also pleasantly surprised with how well the A/C worked!

Room was kind of noisy. The bathroom was EXTREMELY small.

Front desk reception was welcoming. Very nice! Clean room. Bed was amazingly comfortable. I wish I could've slept in!

No one cleaned our room on the second day. It was very noisy the first night with people staying across the hall. Overall it was fine considering the price of hotels in St Louis.

The check-in process was simple, and I enjoyed my room and the amenities the hotel offered. The breakfast was good and most importantly- complimentary! The staff (from housekeeping to the front desk) was also very friendly!

The pool area needs additional lighting.

Like morning manager she was not nice she was rude to Disney customers when he was time for breakfast and she was putting up breakfast before it was time for the when you ask your questions she was happy you asked for more towels so you didn't get them . You have to wait on the night shift to come in to get what you need it didn't clean the rooms or fresh in the bed or any of that you had to go down and ask for your toilet tissue your towels and all that

Good location, quiet, free parking. Comfortable beds and the breakfast was really good.

Small pool area, our bathroom door latch was broken so the door couldn’t stay shut. The bathroom was very small too, the door almost grazes the toilet it.

very friendly staff, they were very attentive to the guest!!! the pool although it was very cold. the ice machine, best ice you can get!! it’s in a central location.

the parking lot is awful, it’s very sketchy at night. and minimal parking spaces. breakfast was boring and bland and no changes, it was the exact same breakfast for two days.

staff not personable. but they were still professional so I couldn’t complain. pictures said I would get a suite, but I was told I booked a regular room. I expected a living room area because I had my kids and needed the space.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD THE WAFFLE STATION WAS A LITTLE MESSY. IT WAS CLEANED UP WHEN NOTIFIED

THE BATHROOM WAS WAY TO SMALL. THE BATHROOM DOOR WOULD HIT YOUR KNEE WHEN OPENING OR CLOSING IF YOU ARE SITTING ON THE COMMODE. THIS COULD BE A SAFETY ISSURE.
