half the hotel was under construction and they did not clean the rooms everyday, had to ask for fresh towels and coffee. no vending machines.

The location of the facility was great for our travels. The heating element was very much to satisfaction.

Service, cleanliness and comfort of bed were terrible. No coffee. No food, which we were notified after booking. Never showed with extra towels we requested.

Breakfast was not available which was one reason picked this motel

We were tired and It was late. My husband said , do you have a room or not? We were given one way on back of motel where family lived. Quiet but bed was sloppily made, sheets on one corner hanging on floor.

Clerk was extremely rude when we checked in We said we had reservation and showed our confirmation number. He said a confirmation number isnt a reservation unless we paid ahead. Our reservation said 'pay at motel'. Very argumentative. We said we would move on then. Then he said I have a room, but.he didnt have to give it to us if he didnt want to because we didnt have a reservation. I have NEVER heard such rudeness upon check in with his semantic arguments. Passive aggressive. Office lobby filthy and table tops loaded with junk.

We needed a motel near Hillsdale College when all the possibilities were pretty full. The location was good. The beds and bathroom were quite clean and paint seemed new.

The room smelled odd. There was a leak in the bathroom and the floor tiles were in bad shape. The air conditioner could be on high or off, but not adjusted. Windows were sealed. It was either very hot or gradually quite cold. The AC was also loud. The facility was a little run-down, lobby was full of junk, and our door had gunk on it - not good impressions.

The bed was comfortable enough to sleep in.

The hotel was very run-down; many items were broken. We were told there was no breakfast, even though the advertisement said that breakfast was included with the price of the room. It could have been more clean, too, as the socks on my children's feet began to turn black as they played in the room.

It was not a bad location.

When we arrived another person was leaving. He said sheets were dirty, ect. We immediately checked ours and they were clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. The manager was very difficult to communicate with. Everything we asked for(simple things) seemed like a great inconvenience to the mgr. I have worked customer service, rule 1. Customer is always right. Rule 2, see rule 1. This guy has evidently not learned the rule.

floors were very dirty everything was old pillows and mattress were like sleeping on a brick no tv in the living room and I paid $90.10 for this room in a sm town called Jonesville The owner yelled at us because we had dogs and told him on booking .com it said they take dogs

Location was convenient. The bed was comfortable. Staff was good.

The room was small, smelled and wasn’t in the best shape or cleanest. I wouldn’t stay here again.

My phone didn't work at all there was dirty socks in the drawer and a kids ball on the floor my sheets were dirty

Nothing I liked! Horrible experience!

The sheets were dirty and the room stinks. Also they charged me $100 off my card when I had already paid in cash. The owner specifically told me I wasn't getting charged.
