The property was amazing even though my wife and I stayed for a short time.

only on restaurant which was mediocre. room service delivery incorrect . I had asked for my tray to be removed from my room when I left for meetings , when I returned very late , the tray was still in there . the room had an odor because the tray was there for 8 hours .

The pool is so relaxing. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. I lost my phone and the staff looked relentlessly until they found it. Great staff and hotel.

The staff is the most professional and attentive I have encountered in awhile makes staying here enjoyable. The housekeeping staff is outstanding the valet attendants always had my car waiting almost immediately after I called them. The staff is what sets this place over the top.

I got a room that was supposed to have a "city" view the view we had from our balcony was of another roof and some A/C drainage containers. The bed was lumpy had poor support with my legs positioned higher then my head , definitely need to update their mattress. Another critique was the lounging chair and ottoman in the room were also very uncomfortable. Place is expensive charging 40 dollars per night for car parking. A small box of cereal costs $6 a breakfast omelet $24, their dining room and room service menu is limited but at their prices you would be crazy if you ate here anyway. Dining room on the weekend was mostly empty.
