Breakfast was excellent.

We had ants in our room. We left for several hours during the day and they checked our room and left the door open with our belongings in it. I had an expensive piece of medical equipment in our room which thankfully was still there when we returned. The ant issue wasn't addressed until after we returned to our room. There were ants on both beds and the nightstand between the beds as well as on the window sill and air conditioning unit, which wasn't working. The girl at the desk was sorry when we informed her, this happens when it rains. It rained the day before we arrived.

Breakfast was good.

The ant problem in our room was not. They said they sprayed, but we still had them.

Proximity to event.

No towel racks. Cheap towels. No extra blankets. No ironing board. Poor quality toilet paper & tissue. Price was far too high for the room. Bathroom sink water would not get hot. Pool was closed. the pool was closed and not informed when I spoke with a live front desk clerk.

Room size and decor breakfast was good selections

Pool was small and woke up covered in ants we didn’t have food laying around but ants were on bed counters eww just crawling all over us have over 4 bites

I loved how clean the place was and how friendly the staff was.

I didn't like that you could not take the continental breakfast back to your room because they said they didn't want bugs but if I ordered delivery it would come to my room so it didn't make much sense to me.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. It was a quiet and beautiful area.

Cleaning staff did not come to my room to empty the trash and provide fresh towels.
