Property staff was rude and awful to us!!

The one thing i did like was the bartending staff was very professional.

My room was already paid for on booking. The front desk clerk charged my debit card three times. One for incidentals, one night of room stay and then three nights of room stay. It was only suppose to be for incidentals, they held up over $1,100.00 worth of my money and when I tried to resolve the issue, they would never let me talk with a manager to rectify the big issue. The desk clerks kept telling me that the charges were correct. Upon my last night at the hotel I was able to talk to a manager because at this point they had charged my debit card for over $2,408.00 worth of fraudulent charges, not including what they had already charged $1,100.00. It was the worst experience ever, the manager tried to tell me that she would only charge me for 2 nights instead of three nights. Since it was already paid for Booking has no refunded me the credit amount yet. I never use my debit card for a hotel but I pulled out the first card and it was my debit card. Let this be a lesson to you all.

I was not able to book because they claim they could not find my confirmation through booking.com , and then mysteriously they found it but could not offer my family the size room I booked at 5:00pm. I had to find somewhere else to stay , and they were blaming booking.com for the mistake

The initial appearance was nice.

They charged me a different rate at the hotel than on booking. Charged me double fees. Someone was on our room once we checked in. We waited in the hallway for thirty minutes only to find out they booked our room to someone else. We were given a room with one bed so one of us had to sleep on the floor. The staff were not friendly.

The property was very clean (lounge room, fitness room, and etc.)

As of my room look like mold was in the shower and reception need to be more clear with time of house keeping services and so on.

It was a very clean facility. It was very comfortable accommodations. The location was in the heart of where we needed to be.

All the amenities closed early. The hours of operation caused a very big damper on my stay, which was the bar and the restaurant.

Beautiful property. The complementary happy hour was awesome and the breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. They have made to order food. But, what really makes this place shine is the staff. they are friendly and accommodating. The woman who works at the restaurant on the evening shift is AMAZING! I didn’t catch her name but she was fantastic!

The ambiance was great in the Lobby and in the room. The room Was clean to an extent and Great for just a group of friends.

The only issue was that the lighting was Lacking and the pull out couch was very dirty, there were old sheets on the Pull out couch

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to leave early and they were very informative on how we could cancel our other days and get a refund.

For what we paid the room felt small. Furniture was just cramped into the room. When you walk in there is a desk that is awkwardly taking up the living room area. One of the beds were pressed against the window so you couldn't even look outside, which didn't bother us because the view was literally just air units on the roof. The room was disgusting and did not feel clean. Carpets had stains. Windows and mirrors were smudged. One of the remotes was taped on the back to hold the batteries in. There were holes in the lamp shades. There was a broken outlet cover. The decor was very outdated. The room had gnats flying around really badly. Hallways were not air conditioned and felt like saunas. The pool is small and the water was really milky looking (did not even think twice to saying the kids were not getting in). The hot tub was taped off. The parking is also kind of all over the place. Finally the elevator has a mind of its own and tries to take off before you even get properly in. It squeaks like crazy, giving you the fear you are not making it out alive...all while it feels like it's going 60. Mph. The crazy part is the lobby is very pretty and well upkept but when you go upstairs it's another thing. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Thank God the staff was friendly. At least there was that.

Very convenient location next to Savanah Airport. Big rooms and nice variety of food for breakfast
