Staff was amazing and very helpful
Facility was not very clean, stains, hair and crumbs in room. Also the chlorine in the pool was so over powering your eyes burned as soon as you entered the room.

Breakfast was cold toilet wouldn't fill up so we had to have the lid off the tank both days everything we use the toilet u had to fill the tank and when I said something to front desk there was nothing they could do and the room had alot of dust on furniture and black stuff in the freezer also white spots on the bathroom door that washed off when u used a wet rag on it I will never stay there again

the area was a good place
the bed was hard and it made my back hurt. there were bugs flying around the room, a dead bug on the floor, part of the dresser was broken, the tub was dirty, the towels and wash cloths had spots all over them, the door to our room wouldn’t lock and the guy had to fix it with a screw driver, and the sink in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall off the wall.

I have been in different hotels around the world and never charge for crib. They charged me and asked me to paid cash. I asked the day after other person and he said we don't charge for that, he promised to return the money back to my credit but they did not.
I tried to call them two times but they said call the manager to fix that.
It is only $10 I know but it was stolen from me.
I hate this service and never go there!
Sorry, I do not want to write this but I do not want to this to happen again.
The menger for this hotel should take this seriously.

nothing, it was old and dirty
dirty, staff was rude, tried to charge extra after checking out, fire alarm went off from the shower running, pool area filthy, housekeeping wouldn’t knock, just walk in, needs new management desperately

It was run down, the pool was cold, the hot tub was lukewarm

The upside is that the staff was very friendly and nice.
The hotel is very basic and a bit run down. The walls were very thin and the curtains couldn’t block out the glow of the streetlight glaring into our window all night. The facility was as clean as it could be, but some things are so worn down you can’t clean them enough to make them look clean.

Close proximity to work. I am a traveling nurse and like to stay as close to my assignment as possible. The front desk staff person was very nice.
The noise! There were kids running up and down the halls, adults yelling, the walls are so thin - you can hear everything - despite their “strict enforcement of quiet time after 10pm.” It sounded like a herd of elephants directly above me, I could hear every conversation and every door opening and slamming shut all night long - doesn’t make for a well rested nurse on long shifts. I will not ever stay here again.
