Desk clerk could have been friendlier. Perhaps he was having a difficult evening.

Why was the pool closed in the morning. This BW pool hours were 2-10pm.

Good breakfast with lots of choices
Grass patch for dogs was nice. But there were plates of ppeople breakfast food on the ground for the stray cats. Not good or healthy.
The facility is old so the bathrooms a d toilets need updating as the water continued to run

Excellent breakfast with many choices. Sausage gravy could have been hotter but as soon as we mentioned it to the manager it was attended to and fixed.
Pool could have been a few degrees warmer and there was sand in the bottom of the hot tub.

The accommodations are good. The place is clean and quiet.
The breakfast was not up to par for a Best Western. The biscuits were stale, the bread products were all stale and did not seem fresh. Very limited hot food such as eggs, bacon or sausage.

Breakfast was OK, Rooms were pretty clean, overall a decent facility for the money
pool was cold, they wouldn't let us shut the window due to moisture issues. It was mostly clean, but still didn't have a good vibe. I wasn't very comfortable there.

the bed was ok but they only had half pillows.
the management was terrible, rude, condescending and talked badly about the guests in front of other guests! the parking lot was dark. The hallway smelt like urine.

Inexpensive, clean comfortable room. Good location for my trip. Beautiful sunrise. Had pool and hot tub,
WiFi was weak for me. Coffee maker a bit flimsy. Coffee good though. Breakfast very basic. 'restaurant' is small. Pool room basic too. Staff were nice, doing their best.
