Dirty room, bedding had burn holes bathroom door on backside had brown smears all over it. Tub was rotten and felt like you could fall all the way through it. The cable for the tv was not up to code. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Stop charging people a deposit and hotel fee when u check out and then not give ur deposit back they just throw ur out and threat people way to much

nothing it had drug addicts standing out side hanging on stairs. Drinking smoking. Room was nasty Roaches crawling on ceiling and shower curtains. tub was nasty area nasty. looks Drug infested. office personnel had us wait while they smoke cigarettes before letting us check in. first representative was rude. locks on door looks as if they been kick in before room keys didn’t work. I immediately went back to office to check out. and got a room else where. the pool looks nothing like the pictures on booking.com pool was empty and nasty with a whole Duck family in it water was nasty green with trash in it.

Room wasn't even clean when I got it and I called the office at 11:25 to let them know I was on my way back to pick up deposit and he said I couldn't get it back because it was after 11

Horrible customer service no house keeping available unless you check out manager doesn't like to listen very hard to communicate with staff nobody speaks English front dest staff a very rude wouldn't recommend to anybody not even a homeless bug 🙄 this place is just horrible and need to be shut down for good I will never stay at this place ever again for as long as I live

The only thing good I can say of this facility I that there’s lots of parking!

Everything!! The rooms were filth and very smelly! The odor was unbearable! The bed had no sheets! There was glass and objects on the floor! There were roaches! I don’t know how this facility runs like that
