was nothing like shown on google and room was not worth the cost

The staff at the restaurant is very customer service oriented. I had an excellent time at the bar, the bartender was great.

Some part of the hotel was under construction. The person at the front desk wasn't helpful.

The property was really nice and the location perfect and convenient. Hotel staff was friendly and quick to respond with questions and concerns.

Our only issue with the hotel was it seemed dirty everywhere. The bathroom and pool were dingy. The balcony of our room was covered in ants and the furniture was gross. A little paint could help a lot.

The ocean view

The resort was under construction. We were informed by email the day before. Bar and restaurant were closed. No room service. The service and breakfast was cold and terrible. No cutlery was given on time or even syrup, salt and pepper, etc. The room was not so clean. The sliding door was difficult to open. It was not a pleasant stay for us. My partner came from Illinois for his birthday and it was sad what we experienced. We were hoping for a beautiful and romantic experience. I would like some type of reimbursement. Other couples that were at breakfast also was complaining. The waitress was terrible. Couples checking in were also disappointed. Thank you

No restaurant, food or bar. AC was broken. Really old property, dirty dusty and not tidy. Pool is in the parking lot. Really expensive for the type of property.

My hotel room never had hot water the whole weekend. And they are doing renovations so they was demoin rooms above me at 7:00 in the morning.

No hot water. The whole stay with no explanation except that they know. Would have loved to know this before hand.
