The rooms were nicely renovated and the breakfast was good.
We had to change rooms due to a leaking ac unit. In the new room, the face plate to the thermostat was missing exposing the circuit board. The court yard where our rooms were located was unkept and smelled like sewage and there was a cockroach on the fountain in the lobby.

The setup. The fountains in the courtyard areas and the lounge in front.
The pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. When we arrived, we didn’t feel welcomed at all. It felt very uncomfortable, like we were an inconvenience. Checkout was friendly.

clean and good location in general and had some charm due to its older design. very close to a number of very good restaurants. definitely a plus.

Cleanliness lacking. Floors in our room were quite dirty, bathroom could have been cleaner.

Could have been provided wifi info at check in... Paid more for this room than any other and I have paid $79 for a room better than this.
