Customer service lacked in helping out what needed to be done. had to continually call for help. No room service when needed. Had to reserve when service could be done.

It was great location to smart financial center where our consierto was loved 😍

the look of the hotel when you walk in is nice

the front desk lady was rude, there were no carts to help bring up luggage and we had children with us, the cell service is non existent in here, elevator was broken, ants were crawling in the bathroom, front desk lady was rude and very in helpful late at night when we needed towels. told us it would be hours before we got them and we should just walk downstairs. We stayed here for my daughter’s 5 birthday and I’m highly disappointed and will never be back.

Upon arrival the receptionist was not very friendly. After checking and and getting the room keys, we attempted to go to our room and the door was locked. the key was working but the door was locked. After getting into the room the toilet was broken they had to call someone to come and fit it instead of providing us with another room. I have never received this care at any other Hilton Inn. It was horrible for me.
