Everything was nice! Beds comfy, shower great, and check in was smooth.

Outside my door was kinda loud with people but I know staff can't fix that. The door was hard to open also. Nothing to really bother us. No complaints

It was a great location and very quiet.

The price of the room was good. The pet fee was fair. I like having my car right outside the door. The toilet had issue where I had to hold the handle to get it to flush. It was clean other than that.

The comforter on the bed was cheap and the sheets seemed old (not crisp and new) Pillows were lumpy. Coffee was not good at lobby with very few other options to make it tastier.

Quiet clean

Office personnel that checked us in was rude. Told him we have a service dog and he acted like he didn’t want to let us stay even though we already paid for the room said he would not charge this time for a pet even though he clearly is not a pet and demanded to see the paperwork for our dog i don’t know if he knew he broke a federal law by asking for them or not but he was not the nicest person

It was close to where we needed to be

They charged my credit card the morning of our stay before we even got there then after we checked in they charged my card again for $25 and didn’t even mention that. I may have wanted to pay with a different card. I asked about the $25 charge and he said it was for incidentals and would be refunded when we checked out. I have never had either of those problems at any of the places I’ve looked with booking.com. I will not book this place again.

Good value and good location

Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work.

The room was ok I booked the handicap room they over booked it so we got another room.

I didn't like the fact that at 2am they overbooked our room and a customer opened our door while we were in bed asleep that really pissed me off.

Everything was clean everyone was very nice I felt comfortable and safe staying there. My bed was so comfortable the shower was amazing everything was so clean and the breakfast was so good and the whole set up for breakfast was so so clean and very comfortable as well I will definitely be staying again when I go to Knoxville especially for that price!!
