The outright lie being told about pool being here
I could have rented more economical places but wanted a pool so I ended up choosing your Quality inn
Hearing that your fighting with booking .com fir three years about your website stating a pool when you don’t have is of no solace to my grand babies
I expect a compensation for this as 1/2 of our vacation was pool enjoyment and we did not get the privilege!!!
I also hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears because I really want to be able to

Breakfast wasn't great, but okay. Location was great for me as it's near my family. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.
Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Couldn't get employee awake when I was trying to check out. Took several minutes. Charged me more than I should've been through Booking.com.

Rooms have been updated recently. Convenient location near the highway and across the supermarket.
The heating was loud. The outside appearance needs to be changed. Hotel looks like it's closed from the highway. Rooftop sign painted white

Staff was nice and welcoming.
Inside was MUCH better and cleaner then I expected.
Bed was hard as a rock.
Outside of building looked very run down. Almost didn't even go inside.

The pillows. You don't generally see feather pillows anymore and that was a bonus, the size of the shower was amazing and the water pressure was perfect.

Location was good for our two day stay. The room we stayed in was clean...
In need of some updates. The rooms were ok but rest of hotel was shabby. Breakfast was not up to the standard we expect from a choice hotel.

The room was clean enough and the space was quiet. It served the needs for a quick stayover, but I would not recommend more than one night.
The facilities overall were not up to par. The building is dated and dirty. There are questionable characters lingering around outside. The pillows were lacking and no extras were available.

breakfast was the same everyday. eggs would be wonderful. but its my opinion the powers to be think their budget couldn’t handled this. no service in the room. had to get the trash empty also only asked one time about towels.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very quiet, except the toilet would not stop running. We were in Room 216. The staff was very friendly.
You deceived me by saying our hotel had a heated pool, so my granddaughter was very disappointed when we were told they haven't had a pool for the last 10 years. The woman at the front desk said Booking.com has repeatedly been told there is no pool, but you won't change the hotel description. We would not have stayed there had we known there is no pool, so I think you owe me compensation.

Large, clean room in a non-smoking property. Clean breakfast area with ample seating and good biscuits & gravy as well as other breakfast options. Was given a razor with no hassle. Friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping & breakfast.
Indoor pool had too much chlorine smell for us OPs to want to use. 1 luggage gurney which was difficult to maneuver.

The room was pretty clean except for a couple spots. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.
The outer comforter and some of the pillowcases had stains on them. The hook to hang clothing/towels was at the very top of the bathroom door so was not usable for someone 5’ tall. The garbage cans could be a little bigger.

Lobby bathroom locked!! No closet or place to hang clothes. Beds too hogh; adult needed stepstool to climb into bed. Room too small, cramped. No one readily available at front desk. No quick response to bell. Handicap parking was not near entry door.
