Everything was great!!! Breakfast was plentiful and a great variety. Room was big and very comfortable. It was the best!!!

I recieved an email stating I would get a disabilities room and when I got there none were available. This created additional work for me as a care giver. Was not what my son had wanted which was to be able to get out of the room for a cigarette when he wanted.

Very clean, the staff was exceptional. Location great.

I always prefer to stay at a Hampton but this time not so mych TV remote did not work as it should another was brought up to turn on the TV but had to set a timer for it to turn off. One trashcan in the room not even a small trash can in the bathroom. The bed frame 5 or 6 inches high was so dusty. Refrigerator did not keep our things cold. I was very disappointed especially paying that much money for the room and I like a sheet over me but there was only one sheet and it was to lay on. Joann Newman

A room not by the highway

The hotel is being remodeled and our room was brand new and it is very nicely done. Several new areas were finished too and were very nice. Our sheets, mattress, and pillows were new and so comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast before we started home. The staff was upbeat, and so nice to us. We enjoyed our stay.

The noise from the construction was unpleasant but understandable. The confusion of trying to book our stay online. We chose a lower price but nothing was honored. It appears there is a set price and that is false advertising. I spent my time researching for nothing.

The person in front of me checking was rude and inappropriate to the staff. Staff did an awesome job. I would have told them to leave which I did!

The property was old and dirty.

The soap and lotion dispenser was installed too high to reach.

Room was clean, but shower faucet was continuously streaming. Remodeling of the property has begun.

Remodeling is needed, and will be done in a few months.
