It was fine for an overnighter close to the airport. Handy to a bar and service station.

Courtesy coach wouldnt take us because we didnt ring the front desk, our phones wouldnt work, he could have easily taken us, so we had to get someone to ring a cab for us. pool was closed, green.

Everything the managers are not very friendly or welcoming. One of them yelled over the phone because my card declined because it was locked. They tried taking my money at 11am check in is at 3pm, she also stated they would cancel my reservation. This manager kept addressing me as sir, when I stated twice its Ms. allergies had me hoarse. Upon arrival it states you must you use a major credit card for deposit. I stated it wasn't on their website, because when I book rooms if thru 3rd party I visit the website for reviews and policies. The parking lot is full of none working cars and no where to park but in the dark when you return. The hotel has an odor and when we arrived on 3rd floor to our room the hallway smelled of marijuana. The room was in need of repairs, paint peeling, dingy towels, and sheets, the microwave wasn't working and the refrigerator should have been defrosted. This hotel brings shame to the name Country Inns and Suites. They are moving to Choice Hotels where I been a rewards member for a very long time. I will not been staying here or at their property next door. Comfort Suites.

Room had roaches … killed one in the tub,room size good, tv had bad picture,and no one made it easy for a senior disabled guy, even gave me a key that wouldn’t work at check it n and it hen charged me 166 bucks the 83 buck and then 100 bucks for a one night stay in that room and would not put to it back on my card that night… still have not gotten it back…! They ripped me off!

Don’t charge my card 3 different time at different prices for a 100 buck refundable deposit and not give back my money!

Staff was very friendly and nice.

Facilities are run down, broken, missing parts, worn apart, and somewhat unclean.

staff wasn’t there. had us and a many other groups waiting for manager that’s was coming from the airport. waited more than 45 min. saw someone leaving the card book saying there was bed bugs all over room. so we got a lil shaken up and not wanting to stay. there was a bad smell in our room like pee. and we had to Spray a whole bunch of perfume to take smell out.

I was willing to pay a higher price than other hotels on offer that were cheaper, because of the advertised Free airport shuttle. Checkout is 12 noon and I needed to go to airport at 13:00. Was told the morning of my departure that there is no shuttle between 11:30 and 3 pm.... I had to pay for a taxi!! The manager would not even have one of the staff take me to the airport.

my stay at this property was horrible! first they advertise free shuttle services to and from the airport but you have to ask staff to set it up because they said they weren’t sure if “he” would be available.., next the room was not as clean as it should’ve been very outdated sheets were dingy, tv remote was missing the back panel, there was an issue with the hot water and when we mentioned it to the front desk clerk and she acted as if it was a normal thing next issue was the parking area not enough spaces available there weee broken down vehicles all around asked for extra towels in the morning and maid told us there weren’t any yet., the tv doesn’t have a tv guide, staff weren’t friendly at all breakfast was mediocre very small cups for coffee and juice oh and I forgot the pool was closed and it was the size of a bathtub all and all I will never stay there again

pillows are small; it would be nice to add a built in bench to the walls for accessibility rooms to make it easier for guests to maneuver in bath.

Loved the room.

When we try taking a shower for our night out.All the towels were wet as if there was a leak on the roof or the towels were not properly dried.The next morning for check out time they rushed us out before the check out time.Also room service was really rude because they wanted to enter to clean but we still had time I felt very rushed to get out.
