The pool was great. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was so so clean!

I honestly can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

our deluxe king bedroom suite! The whole suite extremely large we had a dining table that easily sat 6 ppl.

We did not care for the breakfast; The peanut butter had separated/oil. It was OLD/EXPIRED. It contains sugar/preservative in it. This should have been checked and not been put out. It should have been thrown out. The eggs had water in it. This tells me, that it was prepared in the microwave. The suites needs a small FULL size fridge

The hotel was very clean. I think the location was easy to go everywhere. Our room in the hotel was big enough. I highly recommend for families.

Good breakfast. Clean bathroom. Location is a bit on the quiet side. Only one restaurant within walking distance. But if you travel by car then it shouldn't be a problem.

Poor wifi connection in the room. Was not able to use the wifi throughout the stay (1 night), had to use my cellular connection.

Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Property was conveniently located in relation to many restaurants and stores.

The first room we were giving smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Lynda from the front desk quickly solved the problem by moving us to another room.

Location, quiet, and friendly

The only thing that I did not like, was the water pressure coming out of the showerhead was not strong enough to what I’m used to. And the first morning for breakfast was OK. There was no waffle mix there was no scrambled eggs. The milk was sour so I had to eat somewhere else for breakfast that morning either and that the rest of my day was excellent.

Filthy room!!! we had stained sheet on the sofabed! (no telling what this was!) when asked to correct staff instructed this guest to pull dirty off and come get new at the front desk. 🤮 Room over all was very dirty. I paid over $400 for my overnight stay.

Very clean room.

Breakfast left a little to be desired. The tv was a little far away from the bed so we felt we had to turn it up a lot. Didn't want to disturb other guests.

Hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating! I had to check in early for an event, and they were very helpful. Room was comfy and clean, will stay here for all future Louisville trips! This was my second time staying at this location. You can't find a better place for the price point.

Kelsey who greated us upon arrival at 10pm was great- pleasant, helpful,pleasant... Casey who was there in the morning was very helpful, friendly and a joy to talk with. Great stay.

Large very nice room. Clean. Looked and felt upscale. Staff very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was awful. No fruit. Eggs too salty, sausage overcooked and dry.

The freaking bed was too high and too dang hard. It was not comfortable at all. When we got to the room, the door was not shot. The lock was hanging out so it wasn't shot. Which is something the maid should have noticed. Then when we went to leave out the door wouldn't close. My daughter had to keep clicking something to get it to shut. Now they did give us another room but when we got back it was working so we stayed. When my daughter took the other key back the two desk clerks were talking and just ignored her. You're not supposed to do that. Needless to say I'll more than likely never stay at this one again nor recommend.
