everything was lovely, clean, and cool decor!
Sauna needs to be upgraded. Kind of gross and old and falling apart. and I love sauna-ing so I was dissappointed. Maybe some new wood in there would help! Also too much chlorine in some of the small pools. Especially when you think you're going to get full on mineral springs water. You can't smell the sulfur or minerals because too much bleach which is tough on your skin.

Mineral water in the pool

Great place! Beautiful view of the mountains from the pool, pool and jacuzzi 24 hours heated and open, the rooms are big and well decorated and the hotel itself its beautiful. Every time again.

Staff were all exceptionally helpful and kind. Facility was relaxing and very comfortable. Spa services were wonderful! Wendy was one of the best massage therapist I have ever had.
Location-Surrounding area/town safety was questionable. Property could use a good deep cleaning.

Interior decorations all of the interior decor was wonderful Tuscan theme, the pools were all very clean, the courtyards and the plants were lush and lovely the views of the mountains were wonderful outside of the power lines.
The sauna needs new benches and rebuilt especially without any particle board in the construction. This is from a licensed contractor. Fix the mixer in the shower outside of the sauna. Local view of the neighborhood is a bit unappealing. Other than that we enjoyed it very much.

it was very peaceful and relaxing, a large comfortable bed, liked the 3 pools and views, free easy parking, great AC which was quite quiet, good size fridge, breakfast times were nice 8.30 -10.30, nice fresh bananas and avocado
the breakfast was very basic, not a fan of waffles or bagels and the 1 choice of cereal was poor. would have been better if banana available each day, some basic repair work required in various places but nothing major mainly cosmetic, ie holes/cracks filling in, lever in sauna shower needs fixing

Location was excellent to visit family, owners and staff were friendly and courteous.

It was nice to be able to make our own coffee w/French press.
Not a wide selection but fresh.
Some areas seemed a bit run down, like some chipped porcelain in the tub in but it was all very clean.

Beautiful peaceful and rustic surroundings. If you're looking to switch off and relax I'd highly recommend. Delightful fresh breakfast. Comfortable cosy rooms with charm. I travelled alone. Perfect place for some alone time.

Beautiful architecture and grounds, including lovely gardens, patio, and pools. Our room was lovely, quiet and comfortable. We loved the spa and warm pool, both lined with tile. Plush robes were provided. I just felt like I had a mini vacation to Tuscany without having to go there!
Breakfast French press coffee was wonderful, but, as a vegan, I found breakfast limited. I would have appreciated vegan cream cheese or peanut butter for the toast or bagel. A larger selection of fruits would have been nice, too.

very friendly staff and an overall good homely experience. The pools were great and the breakfast more than adequate. Room was fine and decently equipped with comfortable bed and good linen.
Location is ok but this town isn’t Palm Springs so the surrounds are pretty “ basic”.

spa and pools were great and clean. lots of choice for treatments. quiet location and no kids allowed
housekeeping was hap hazard and incomplete---always something missing and one day no service at all.
breakfast was minimal--no fruit--just tomatoes and avocados--only herbal teas. fruit and jams appeared for the weekend, but not during the week. too expensive for what you got.

pools were really nice and the jacuzzi was really big loved the fact this hotel iwas small for adults only
our room was quite dark and the fan was out

I loved the hot tubs and heated pool. Our room was comfortable.
It was nice that breakfast was served, but they were a bit lacking in food choices.
