Nothing the pictures are not the same. What pool? It was filled with desks chairs, and junk. We moved to a different hotel that was so much nicer.

By not overcharging us by 205.00 I t the manager 3 days to call us. We did get the money back. They did not stop the person on the balcony from shooting fireworks until 2 AM

Reaches in the room, advertising a pool but didn’t have one, advertising breakfast but didn’t have any, dirty hallways and facilities.

We had to cancel your stay there no breakfast and pool out of order.. place was dirty....not as advertised online..

It is a convenient location very close to the caves if you want to visit them. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable, air conditioning and internet are working fine and it is quiet. The staff is also quite friendly. There's also a pub right next to it that has freidnly staff, good food and plenty of drinks. From my perspective, the rating is not 10 but also the current rating/reviews don't reflect what you get. I would stay again at this motel.

Free breakfast is advertised but not available and no alternatives are offered. So basically a refund should be received. The surrounding area could be cleaner and better maintained and also the cleaning teams could once in a while also clean under the beds and matrasses.

I am non-smoker. and I went there at 17:00. Pretty early, isn't it? But there's only a smoke room left and that's the only choice I can go. And I pick here because of "free breakfast". It's a SCAM! The free breakfast is stop because of covid 19. I asked them when did they stop, and they said don't know until I got permission. Isn't USA is the first country who stopped wearing mask during covid pandamic?? And the toilet isn't flush well. the towel is so stinky, and microwave's "0" button isn't working. The floor is full of dirt. and the dest is covered by dust. DUST!!! I recommend you PLZ don't come here if you are the tourist like me. this place is bad. REALLY bad. oh, and window is just glass. I'm trying to open window to make that smoking smell go out, and notice that it's only a glass which I can't even move. the air conditional is really bad either. It;s working, but Not that cold. I'm saying this again, DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT AMAZING VACATION
