Location is good. Near shopping and attractions.

No breakfast offered. Just coffee from 5am-12noon.

1st room- No microwave or fridge in rooms; no hot water in shower; little to no heat. Room was just a room. Vending machines too expensive. Had to move to another room because no one fixed the hot water in shower. 2nd room a little better. At least I had a mini fridge. Disappointed for the price I paid.

The inside is really clean and the staff are so friendly but outside is so disgusting. Dog are peeing right infront the entrance door and the parking lot. People are walking in and out to there cars and should been clean.

Location was convenient. The nightstaff when checking in was very nice.

No breakfast offered; the breakfast from the machine tasted freezer burned after having to locate a building microwave; none in the room. The toilet did not have working flap, had to flush by placing my hand inside each time I had to flush it. It appeared to have had a pink office paperclip added and would not work even when I attempted to fix. The only window in room 105 had broken lock latch; all there was was wooden dowel sitting inside the bottom frame, which allowed window to open 2 inches, this made me fearful since I was on the ground floor. At about 1am in the morning, I could here a man yelling at the front desk for about 30 mins for staff to assist him.

We were there for three days and not once did anyone come and ask to clean up or remake beds.
