It was well located and not too far away from the train station (Convent), and it had all sort of facilities. The staff was absolutely delightful and helped with every sort of thing, they even surprised me for my birthday with a small gifts bag! I had an amazing experience and the value is very good for the money.

The Staff was friendly and gave me the option to be on the first floor since I was a smoker so I could go right out the balcony. Everything was very clean.

I have no complaints other than my deposit not being returned at check out but I know that's something the hotel has no control over. The bad is more firm than I'm used to but again nothing the hotel can control!

I book my room with 2 queen beds but I end up with 1 king and a sofa bed and it was not comfortable for my son which he is 6f2 inches I will not stay at that hotel back

I apparently had a room rate with breakfast included but that was not really a thing at the hotel. There wasn't really any breakfast available except coffee and cereal for purchase. There was not a hairdryer in the room either.

I was particularly irked by the fact that I was charged a $5.00 fee for parking when the parking lot of this suburban property was virtually empty during my entire stay. The reason stated was because I had booked my reservation through a third party (Hotels.com, Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc.). Although it wasn't stated, I suspect the real reason for this select parking fee was to cover the charge by third parties for directing customers to the property in the first place - something that should be the cost of doing business for the property and not passed directly to the consumer. When I asked for the fee to be waived, I was told it wasn't possible. This is what I'll remember of Sonesta Select Properties, always and forever, and is the only reason I completed this review - to register my frustration.
