staff were rude, receptionist didn’t even make eye contact, very over priced, room was tired with damaged walls and ceiling

Internet was not included, premium TV was not included, the sidewalks and parking lots were full of goose droppings.

The hotel was conveniently located and quiet, even though it was close to highways.

Aside from the pool being closed (likely due to Covid), the hotel felt like it was in need of renovation. The room was dark and furnishings seemed a bit worn, although everything was clean. We had an “inner” room that overlooked the pool. Perhaps our experience would have been more positive had our room had a window with natural light. There were three bath towels - I would have liked four, and for the price of this room I would have appreciated a real glass in the bathroom instead of a styrofoam cup. The ice machines were out of ice throughout the building. I recall in the past they provided coffee in the lobby but that is no longer available.
