Main Sail restaurant had amazing food & even better service.

Great location. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant and valet staff very helpful and friendly.
No windows to outside in the room so it was dark. Carpeting was old and a terrible color.

The location of the hotel was its only positive.
There was screaming, banging, crying, fighting and all other types of mayhem every night ~ one night it went on from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Wasn't told about $30 resort dest fee or $40 per day parking fee, nor was the $30 credited toward food purchased at hotel. Staff totally indifferent and unhelpful and mold all over ceiling in room.

Location and quality of the facility.
Not enough staff…..bell hop never came to the room. Front desk was understaffed too. Also, no real outside lounging area.

The rooms were clean.
The location of the hotel is excellent.
The air conditioning works great.
The food at the Main Sail is excellent.
We paid about 1000 dollars a night. The room was very basic and I have paid 250 for similar rooms.
On top of that the internet is terrible and if you want to upgrade to internet that works you have to pay 10 extra dollars a day.
They also charge you a resort fee of 30 dollars a day.
The whole experience felt like a money grab.
It was also a completely impersonal experience. Not even a smile or good evening when you check in at reception.

The location was great.
This was my first time staying on this property. Our room had a picture window to a major hallway by the elevator. You had light coming into the room (the blinds & curtain didn’t block) & noise from people getting on & off the elevator. Very hard to sleep. The hotel also felt dated & was not on the water for the high cost of staying there.

The location was great and you could walk to many of the hot spots in town. If you re traveling without a car, this would be a great place to stay. The grab and go breakfast location was convenient and the front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant.
The hotel was dated and truly needs a face lift and the value wasn't there. I expected more for what the room rate was. The main restaurant breakfast thought convenient was just fair and overpriced.

It’s location was perfect.
Open area in lobby which is loud as parents which I don’t blame them allow their children to play. This area is surrounded by all the rooms, and it’s not uncommon to hear kids at play 7AM . Trust me I been there, but as a empty nester 7AM is quiet time. Also pool very hot, would be nice hot outdoor pool.

The room was very clean. The gym facilities were amazing...they had everything you could think of. Also loved the machine to fill up your water bottle. The location of the room was great as well - great view.

Great location! Hotel was close to restaurants, shopping and so much more.
Hotel is dated and needs updating. The value for the money wasn’t worth it.

Comfortable bed
Our Room on 4th floor was facing street and had a slider door to walk out to a common area shared by other guests. The lock was loose on that slider door and we were unable to secure the loose screws. There was a bar that came down to prevent anyone from entering our room but the fact that the hotel did not repair the lock prior to anyone renting that room shows neglect on the part of Marriott Management.
