From the beginning to the end. Awesome! Front desk staff was delightful! Aww lort, with old age comes a lil forgetfulness. My apologies on forgetting her name. Room was spacious and clean. The pool! My granbabies loved the pool. They even have a nice patio area with a grill to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Breakfast was included and delish. The babies keep talking about the waffles! 😂 Will definitely be coming back!

I declined housekeeping but then discovered that the bath supplies were empty. I informed the front desk, but those shower items (body wash, shampoo, etc.) did not get refilled.

The original rates posted were great, but we paid extra for 2 double beds but when we arrived there were no more 2 bed suites left. So we paid higher 2 bed rate, but only had the king and sofa sleeper

The bathroom shower wasn’t clean in our first room had to b switched to a different room

Breakfast was okay, only pork sausage available . No cream cheese for the bagels. They had different breads and muffins, scrambled eggs, cold cereals, hot cereals, Belgian waffles in a bag.

Room 521 could use a little TLC. The toilet seat had some yellow stains on it and peeling a little bit had to hold the handle down to make sure toilet flushed completely.

Nice and clean. Nicely updated.

No housekeeping the 2 days we were there. With 5 people in our suite, garbage and trash was an issue. The placement of the one television made it difficult to view from the bedroom area.

Location was very handy. Breakfast does not even come close to matching the photos on the web-site. Like breakfast from two different worlds. But I don't have high demands for breakfast, so I was fine.
