It was quiet. Room was clean. Check out fast.
Cheap/thin toilet paper is inadequate. Expensive breakfast/restaurant is a disadvantage. Competition has free hot breakfast bar at same price point.

We have come here every year with our dog without any issues. This time they charged us $150 non refundable deposit for our dog because the hotel is not pet friendly and never has been. They claim it must have been bad employees that let us in with our dog all of those previous years.

Great value for money. lift are available in the area, apron 20-25 usd to get the strip.
Power went out for a couple of hours, but It was on the area, not the hotel fault.
Great staff. Airport shuttle.

The location off the strip was exactly what I was looking for.
The room was not especially clean, but the bathroom felt really dirty.

Able to park close to my room
No breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, no trash bags in the waste cans in the room. No chair other than desk chair in the room no one told us where to get ice. No fan in the bathroom

Great property, super clean and great staff. Very hard and expensive to get anywhere but lots of food options nearby. Expensive for location but super nice facilities and staff.

The shower water temperature wasn’t hot.

We arrived very late to the hotel due to traffic and had to leave very early the next morning so didn't have long here. However the bed was extremely comfortable!
The rooms could have been labelled better. We were in room 262 and didn't realise just how long the walk was!

Nice pool and hot tub, decent building, quiet despite being directly under a airport landing runway. close to grocery store, bank and many shops. most of the staff was terrific. Nice room, cozy bed.
Somehow no hot water in the building (for my shower) though it was fixed several hours later. The hotel is directly beneath a flight path/landing which come every 3 -5 minutes. too many mirrors in the room.

I liked the hotel location away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas
I didn't like the fact our Shower was broken took staff 3 calls to finally get it fixed.

There was no complimentary coffee at any time. Only one elevator was working at the time. The TV cable was down when we got there. We were told someone was working on it, but it wasn't repaired.

The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and the price was good!
We were four and the room only has two of everything (two packs of coffee, tea, towels etc)
